Terms & Conditions.
1.Accommodation at Surfaris sleeps up to thirty(30beds) . . Camping on the premises is not permitted, unless previously agreed to by management;
2.Event vendors are permitted to commence setup ('bump-in') at 10:00 (AM) on check-in date;
3.All pricing on PDF is exclusive of GST
4.Check out for all guests is 11.30 (AM);
5.Noise policy - amplified music and excessive noise is not permitted after 23:00 (PM) — this includes musicians/bands, DJs, microphones, high volume on speakers etc. Excessive noise will not be tolerated past this time and an on-site management call-out fee of $200 may be charged in the case of noise abuse/ complaint;
6.A guest list including total numbers for catering and accommodation is required by management 21 days before the event;
7.All non-Surfaris guests (guests not staying on-site) must depart from the premises by 23.30 (PM), and all transport is the responsibility of guests. Surfaris takes no responsibility for organising transport to and from the venue;
8. All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Ashtrays will be provided in outdoor designated smoking areas. Outdoor non-smoking areas include, but are not limited to the cafe, yoga deck, pool area, under awnings, and car park, Any smoking in these areas may result in a fine of $1,000;
9. Sustainability Policy - No glitter, confetti, silly string, or other non-biodegradable materials that may be harmful to our natural environment and local wildlife are to be used at Surfaris. Please be environmentally conscious during your stay, and reach out with any questions if unsure;
10. Pool Policy - no lifeguard supplied at Surfaris. Pool safety is the responsibility of all guests, and minors and non-swimmers are to be supervised by an adult at all times.
11. Fire Policy- All fires (indoors and outdoors) must be approved by management. Permits apply and non compliance may result in heavy fines;
12. Property Damage Policy- Damage to Surfaris property, within reason, may result in $1,500 bond being kept by Surfaris to cover costs of damage
13. Be a Good Human Policy- Respect one another, party responsibly, take care of our beaches and bushland, and have a swell time!
